Help to bridge the gap between research to the market by providing services that will assist research unit and develop their technological breakthroughs into viable products with real commercial potential. This market-driven approach will include creating partnerships with the private sector and to bring together the resources needed.
The services rendered by E & M Lab will be conducted in phases from concept, design process, program approval, prototype, pilot run, to standard operating procedure. By 2013 the total manpower will be 6 engineers.
