Prof. Dr. Worajit Setthapun, Deputy Director of Global Partnership Program Management Unit for Human Resources &amp; Institutional Development, Research and Innovation (PMU-B), THAILAND, and Dr. Enrico Paringit, Executive Director, Philippine Council for Industry, Energy, and Emerging Technology Research and Development (DOST-PCIEERD) for their introduction to connect NANOTEC and CANMEET in
