The certification was awarded to Nanorobotic System and Nanoneedle Laboratory and Nano Safety and Bioactivity Laboratory.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr. Wiyong Kangwansupamonkon, NANOTEC Deputy Executive Director (for Research and Development),<\/strong> attended the ceremony, along with Dr. Wittaya Pimtong, Head of Nano Safety and Bioactivity Research Team, Dr. Jitapa Sumranjit, Head of Nanocharacterization Research Team, and Dr. Supone Manakasettharn, Head of Nanorobotic System and Nanoneedle Research Team, who were present to receive the certificate on behalf of their respective research teams.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nanotec.or.th\/th\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/0T8A5874-1024x683.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nanotec.or.th\/th\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/0T8A5875-1024x683.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nanotec.or.th\/th\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/S__117809166_0-1024x768.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Peer Evaluation process is an assessment conducted by external experts to ensure that the laboratory operates in accordance with the ESPReL (Enhancing Safety Practices in Research Laboratories) guidelines, which promote safety management practices in research laboratories. The focus is on establishing clear and verifiable safety standards within the laboratory, serving as a fundamental basis for the development of the laboratory\u2019s capabilities and quality. This process aligns with the safety management standards outlined in the laboratory safety management standard, TIS 2677. When applying for funding from NRCT through the NRIIS system, applicants are typically required to demonstrate the capability and reliability of their laboratories. Compliance with the TIS 2677 standard, the successful completion of the Peer Evaluation process, and adherence to the ESPReL guidelines will enhance the confidence of the funding committee, assuring
