The signing ceremony was witnessed by Dr. Wiyong Kangwansupamonkon, deputy executive director of NANOTEC, along with Prof. Tetsuya Kida and Prof. Seiji Okada from Kumamoto University.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nanotec.or.th\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/DSCF6488-scaled-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-15865 size-large\"
