Dr. Plodprasop Suraswadi, Minister of Science and Technology to announce the National Science and Technology Development Agency Annual Conference 2012 (NAC 2012) which will be held from March 26-28 at Thailand Science Park. <!--more-->The theme of NAC 2012 is \u201cS&amp;T Knowledge: Key to Effective Disaster Response\u201d. A Pre NAC 2012 Special Seminar on \u201cRole of S&amp;T for Natural Disaster Mitigation and Recovery\u201d by Prof. Maki Kawai, Executive Director of RIKEN, Japan will be held on March 23 followed by a panel discussion on experiences learned from Thailand Mega-Flood 2011.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The media also got an opportunity to see some pre-show highlight exhibitions which included Thai Science Biodiversity, Flood Sign Application, nCA, and N-Sack.
