Registration Instruction:

Please follow steps 1-3 below to complete the registration.

  3. Send a proof of payment

*All accepted poster and oral presenters must complete the fee payment no later than June 16, 2017.

For Thai participants and presenters:

  • Oral and poster presenters (no later than June 16, 2017): THB 2,000 / person
  • Participants (early bird): THB 2,000 / person
  • Participants (after June 16, 2017): THB 2,800 / person

 

For international participants and presenters:

  • Oral and poster presenters (no later than June 16, 2017): USD 80 or THB 2,000 / person
  • Participant (early bird): USD 80 or THB 2,000 / person
  • Participant (after June 16, 2017): USD 100 or THB 2,800 / person

 

The registration fee includes:

  • Attendance at all conference sessions
  • Attendance at all offered workshops (limited seat available)
  • Lunch and two coffee/tea breaks (morning/afternoon) on the conference days (August 3-4, 2017)
  • Attendance at the welcome dinner in the evening of August 3, 2017
  • Conference package at the registration point

 

Payment method:

ANSCSE21 registration fee is paid via bank transfer. Please find the transfer information below.

3. Send a proof of payment

To notify us after you made a registration payment, please send a proof of payment via email to anscse21@gmail.com. Please include the following information in the email:

  • First name, last name, and email address used in the registration
  • Attach your proof of payment (e.g. transfer slip/receipt)
  • Indicate the email subject as “[proof of payment] FirstName_LastName”

Note that once we have received your proof of payment, we will send you confirmation email within 5 business days. If you have not received a confirmation email within 5 business days, please email us at anscse21@gmail.com.
