A new book, “Nanotechnology Law and Policy Cases and Materials”, will be released later this month by Carolina Academic Press. The book, by Victoria Sutton, a professor at Texas Tech University School of Law, United States, is a product of Professor Sutton’s courses by the same title. The book focuses on the international, Federal, State and municipal regulation of nanotechnology and discusses litigation involving nanotech products.
