On 2 September 2026, Dr. Uracha Ruktanonchai, Executive Director of the National Nanotechnology Center (NANOTEC), NSTDA, spoke on “PhytoEX: A New Engine for Thailand’s Longevity Economy” at the 7th Biotech FTI Forum, held under the theme “Biotech Frontiers: Innovation for Longevity & Sustainability” at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC), Bang Na. The forum was organized by the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI).
Dr. Uracha presented PhytoEX as a platform that combines longevity science with nanotechnology-based extraction and delivery to turn Thai herbs into high-efficacy active ingredients for the health product industry — covering everything from ingredient development and safety testing to prototyping and commercial scale-up.
