The organizer for this event is Asia Nano Forum Secretariat (Singapore), Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST, Vietnam), and Japan National Institute of Materials Science (NIMS, Japan). Over 40 delegates from 13 economies (Australia, China, India, Indonesia, Iran, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, UAE) and 7 observers from 4 countries (Austria, Korea, Indonesia and USA) including some members of Vietnam National Council for Science and Technology Policy are attending the summit. The observing countries also had an opportunity to present their country report. Dr. Sirasak was the Thai representative to give presentation on the status of Nanotechnology Development in Thailand. The group also actively participated in the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) discussion session.
