NSTDA partners RIKEN to initiate research collaboration

On February 8, H.E. Dr. Virachai Virameteekul, Thailand Minister of Science and Technology was the guest of honor to witness the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony between National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) and RIKEN, Japan at RIKEN HQ in Wako, Saitama. Signing on behalf of NSTDA was Dr. Thaweesak Koanantakool, President, and for RIKEN was Prof. Noyori Ryoj, President.

 Dr. Virachai, Prof. Sirirurg (NANOTEC), and Khun Ajarin (BOI) led the Thailand delegation to participate at Nano tech 2011 in Tokyo from Feb 16-18. Nano tech international conference and exhibtion is considered the major nanotechnology event of the year.
