On 9 September 2026, the National Nanotechnology Center (NANOTEC), NSTDA, welcomed private-sector representatives for discussions on translating Thai herbal bioactive compounds developed under the PhytoEX Program into health, beauty and dietary supplement products.
The discussions focused on industry needs, potential applications and product development requirements. The delegation also visited NANOTEC’s pilot facilities for nanoparticle and cosmetic production, as well as analytical and testing infrastructure.
With more than 15 Thai herbal extracts and bioactive compounds ready for further development, PhytoEX aims to connect research with industry needs and accelerate the translation of Thai herbal innovations into real-world applications.
