The Information Technology Foundation under the initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn donates negative pressure helmets developed by NANOTEC NSTDA to 3 hospitals in the North part of Thailand.

 

On 22 April 2022, the Information Technology Foundation under the initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn delivered 140 nSPHERE pressurized helmets developed by National Nanotechnology Center (NANOTEC), National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) to Phayao hospital, Fang hospital and Nakornping Hospital to help them fight the ongoing pandemic.

In this regard, Prof. Dr. Pairash Thajchayapong, the secretary of the Information Technology Foundation under the initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn and the chairman of NANOTEC Advisory Board, along with Dr. Wannee Chinsirikul, the Executive Director of NANOTEC are the delegates in giving the nSPHERE pressurized helmets to the representatives from the hospitals

N-SPHERE pressurized helmet was developed based on the concept of easy assembly, fast production, and low cost which are classified as a personal device that can be used conveniently for patients and medical staffs during the COVID-19 pandemic due to its lightweight and reusability.
