NANO Talk: “About ALICE”

“Thailand is one of five countries in Asia, the other four being China, Japan, India and South Korea, that participate in this collaboration” said Dr. Luciano Musa, Head of ALICE ITS Upgrade Project in his presentation on “About ALICE” during a NANO Talk session at NANOTEC. “The participation means that there are greater opportunities for scientists, researchers and engineers to exchange new knowledge and strengthen national research capacity”. Dr. Musa was currently in town to meet with NECTEC and took this opportunity to also meet with Prof. Sirirurg Songsivilai, Executive Director of NANOTEC and visit Integrated Nanosystem Lab (INS). It is agreed that INS researchers will work on some pilot bonding of electrode contacts to see if it can be applied to the ITS Upgrade Project.
