Tokyo Big Sight was the venue for the 10th International Nanotechnology conference & exhibition “nano tech 2011”.
The 5th Lets Talk..Science (Talk Show) was held last Saturday at Chamchuri Square in Bangkok. The title of the talk show was “The Miracle of Nanotechnology adds value to tainted glass production”. Dr. Nuttapun Supaka, Head of Testing and Service Lab at NANOTEC was the guest speaker.
His Excellency General Surayud Chulanont presided over the 16th Presentation Ceremony of the Thailand Toray Science Fundation’s Awards and Grants on 8th February 2010, at the Ballroom, Nai Lert Park Bangkok.
The National Nanotechnology Center (NANOTEC) initiated a project in 2008 which have caused significant multiplying effect to building human resource to help promote public awareness in nanotechnology development.
Visiting speakers are considered blessing in disguise to research communities. They help contribute to building awareness to updated research information and at the same time, support in building research networks especially to upcoming researchers.

Nanomedicine is the medical application of nanotechnology. The approaches to nanomedicine range from the medical use of nanomaterials, to nanoelectronic biosensors, and even possible future applications of molecular nanotechnology.
